或许我们每个人都渴望改变、成长，获得成功，然而我们中的大多数按照世界上成功人的范例努力的要求自己，希望自己也能像他们一样成功，名利双收。但我们在改变、努力的时候，是否忽略了一个非常重要的前提，我是一个怎样的人，拥有怎样的性格特征，有什么样的优势和弱点。我认为只有对自己有一个较好的认知，才能更好的成为应该要成为的人，做更好的自己，而不是按照成功学或心灵鸡汤把自己逼成一个连自己都不认识自己的人。
